Orb of lightning - Anyone knows?

I've looked at orb of lightning ability. It has 10 data fields.
What I don't understand from it is these fields (In brackets are the default numbers):
Data - Abilities
Data - Maximum abilities (35)
Data - Minimum abilities (10)
Data - Shared cooldown (35.00)

Please help.

The abilities is what type of effect happens on an attack. For instance, if you set it to Chain Lightning, when your hero attacked, he would fire a chain lightning spell at the target (which would hit others). Max and Min abilities just set how many abilities you can set to the orb ability. Shared cooldown is how long it takes for each ability to cool down. The reason is that say take chain lightning and black arrow. they each have different cool downs and it would look wierd if they were always used at seemingly random different times. Shared cooldown replaces all the cooldowns of abilities used with one.

Actually, I've got a reply from BWood, and he said it's a bug, and none of these abilities should apear. But thanks anyway.
