I need help from MDX/MDL experts

The pit lord hero (Units\Demon\HeroPitLord) has a really cool animation called "Walk Fast".

However, when I make a trigger to force him do that animation, it doesn't work.

It's not a problem with my trigger, because when i typed "Death" for example instead of "Walk Fast" the animation worked.

Please give me any method I can do in order to make the animation work, you'll recieve credits in my map.

I'm afraid I don't think this is going to be news to you.

If you order a unit to play an animation, as soon as you tell it to do anything else, it will stop playing the animation you told it to and flow into the animation for whatever it's doing.

As a side note, what are you using to make your animated .gif's?

under "required animation names" try adding "fast"

Take a look at the art animation fields in the unit editor, there is something like walk fast speed, set it to a really low number.

ok, I made it work!
It seems that walk fast will only work if the unit speed is above 350.
