Ok, so say I want to make a blank hero, then you choose 4 skills from a long, dialog based list. IE: At the beginning of the game, you choose the following combination : Forked lightning, healing wave, brilliance aura and reincarnation. You would have a large dialog with multiple buttons and you would try to make a good combination. Now, what I want to know is, how would I do that? I tried several things, but giving a hero a hero skill with a trigger doesn't make it learnable. It simply gives him a level1 ability. I tried giving heroes all the skills and "disallowing" them, then allow some of them with triggers, but the max number of skills in the object editor is 5. So, is this even possible? To choose skills for a blank hero in-game? Please reply. |

If all else fails just make 500000 heroes each with a different combination of spells (It would take a long time though...) |

Personthing: That's not exactly a good answer since I have 20 abilities. Far too time consuming. UltimateJim: What do you mean? Explain please. |

Jim said (in other words) make no hero abilities, only unit abilities.. when the heroe lvls remove unit ability holy light 1 and replace with holy light 2. |

No, that wouldn't work...Besides, I want those abilities to have at least 10 levels. |

Could you maybe make them all unit abilities and let the heros research upgrades that level the abilities up? |
