Map's loading screen

I am making some maps for a campaign, but i don't want to use the default loading screen.
Is there any program or tool i can use to make my own screens?

I have a problem with that prog.
When i start it, it requests to connect to internet to update w3mutil.exe after that, it gave an error writing:

Cannot download update files.
Check your internet connection and restart the program.

what should i do?

At first unzip attached file and run it, then added registry data automatically.
This registry file is fix the auto update problem. (it just auto update is turn off)

It doesn't WORK!!!
even if I use 1024*768 jpg files!
It writes:
'53' ??? ??? ???????.:
??? ?? ? ????
Is it a strings problem?

=>"'53' Error : File can't find"

This protblem is missing the LH.DLL file.
Check your W3M Map Utilities installation folder.

Redownload W3M Map Utilities v2.35 Full or Update version and retry it.
