ok i hvae an idea that people might like if they like war/ history games. ok in this game u start off like nomads travel the land find a good spot to start a city. then upgrade ur tents to stone and **** like that. well so far i only started the nomads. so i can only explain very lil. the nomads cant gather. they can only build a tents which each tent has a specail thing to it. for expample 1 is a town cent the other is like a barrack.. well i need more ideas for my map.. so if u have any plz post it |

Well, first of all i think that you should have more to come with before you post about us giving u ideas, "u are like nomads that got tents and upgrade to stone and ****" Isn't the best adverisment that i've heard 'bout a map =) |

Well the thing I find interesting about it is the not being able to gather supplies. So how do you end up getting supplies? Well, nomads are nomads for 1 of 2 reasons: they are following a herd of animals they live off, or they are traders/merchants moving from town to town. So... maybe you could make it a trading game, kind of like Escape Velocity... go from town to town, buying low and selling high and all that, until you find some other missions to do. It'd be cool to have a caravan of units you had to protect that had all your valuables in them... Wagons and pack horses come to mind. I don't know about buildings, honestly... if you're nomadic, why build buildings? |

If you're nomadic you would want tents that could be packed and unpacked easily, not stone buildings. The reason why nomads are nomadic is because the resources are too scarce for them to stay in one area. |

well im sayin nomadic people like the start of mankind when the had to travel the land and hunt for their food. when they get a certian amount of gold (they get gold for killin animals) then they can upgrade to farms which they start to gather. and im sry that i did give enough details because i like zoned out and forgot y they were nomads and wut nomads did. |

um i have decided that they have to hunt animals for sum gold (gold is equal to food) then u can get a settled home. then after that u can research animals. that is which u can train animals for food. like a farm house. that will gather gold every 30 secs. so if the enemy wants to get back at u he could go for ur animals.. well its a good start i think.. |
