where is the team color?

how do you implement team color into skins?

I don't have time to dig up a topic, but do a search on Alpha layer editing. There are a bunch of tutorials lying around these boards on the issue.

The main thing though, is that you can't do much to change team colors unless you want to get into mdl editing. Depending on the skin, you may just be able to do tiny changes, or in the case of things such as capes, sometimes you can create completely new designs. It all depends of which skin you are working on.
