k im a noob to skinnin so bear with me. I dled the extractor 2.1 but how do i edit skins. I mean i dont know where the current skins are that blizzard made. WHere are they?
With Image Extractor, you extract a .BLP file (choose one that you want to skin) and convert it to a .TGA (Image Extractor will do that for you.)
And then you use a program like photoshop and you edit the .TGA. Then you convert it back to a .BLP via Image Extractor and import it into your map.

I know that but like say i want to edit the Demon hunter....where is the original demon hunter located?
Yea but dude where did you find that out? oh and by the way i use Warcraft III File Format Converter v2. Also i typed that thing in and it said it coudn't find it :(
I use Warcraft 3 Viewer. It lets you type in a search for a word and it'll search the MPQ. It also has a built in .BLP -> .TGA and vise versa. I find it very useful. Get it here
