IM using warcraft viewer 2.2 i wanna edit the Blademaste. How do i convert him to a file so that photoshop can edit him? |

Download and install Wc3 Image Extractor II, find the blademaster skin in the war3.mpq, and save it as a tga, then edit it. When you're done, save it without compressing, go back to Image Extractor II, and open your file and save it as a .blp in the directory that you extracted it from. |

He said he was using Warcraft 3 Viewer. (and this is in the wrong forum, a mod should move this) In Warcraft 3 Viewer, open up War3.mpq. Click "BLP". Now navigate through the treeview (seperate window) until you find the Blademaster. (I found it in "Textures\HeroBladeMaster.blp". Now click on it in the treeview. Select "Current File" from the menu and click "Extract (and Convert) BLP". Save the BLP as a TGA (TaRGa). Now you can edit it in photoshop. |
