Spell icon position problem

I've been working on this hero for hours and I still can't work out this problem. He has 4 spells that are arranged along the bottum like all hero spells in war3. I have tripple and quadrupple checked their placement values and they read 0 2 0 0 0 0 - 1 2 1 0 0 0 -
2 2 2 0 0 0 - 3 2 3 0 0 0. I have double checked those placements with ones I have seen in game so I know they are the right ones. For some reason though when I run the map the spells stack up on the far right and the far left slots so only 2 spells actually show. Another oddity is that the hotkey for the spell that is currently showing will cast BOTH spells that are stacked in that slot depending on which is available (defaulting to visible spell for first cast). Does anyone have any ideas? This is driving me nuts.

EDIT: I just spotted that they dont by default stack up to the right and left. If I pick one of the middle 2 spells first they will go to their correct slots and then the far left and far right spells will stack on the middle spells.

My hero has 4 spells. 3 are custom.

Serpent Ward: Basically Default. 0 2 0 0 0 0

Trap ward: Based off sentry ward. Made to have 3 levels. 1 2 1 0 0 0

Healing ward: Based off healing ward and made to have 3 levels.
2 2 2 0 0 0

Death ward: Inverted copy of the above healing ward spell that targets enemy units. 3 2 3 0 0 0

There is your problem... You cannot have 2 of the same ability on one hero.. even if you modified them.. you have to remove either healing ward or death ward or base death ward off another ability.

oh and your button position appears to be correct

Hmm are there any other spells that I could edit to do what I want with death ward or do I have to use trigs? Why is it that there would be a problem with sentry ward and serpent ward?They are based off different spells yet they also stack up funkily.

I'm not sure if it will work, but there are two healing ward spells. The one for the Witch Doctor and the one for Neutral Hostile. Try basing Death Ward on the other spell.

*EDIT* you can try base your spell off inferno and set the inferno art model = healingward model, no shadow,disabled attack, collsion = 1. The only problem with this is that THis will not do % dmg. (you can edit the immo that the inferno uses to edit its dmg and AoE)
@Kattna I for one dont think that will work.. I'm almost 99% sure..

Heres an example that I know doesnt work.. You cannot have Life drain and Mana Silipon on the same hero. This is because both Mana silipon and LIfe drain are indeed 1 single spell.. (bah I dunno why I just posted this, You prob already know this; but I guess this reinforce my point that your idea will mostlikely wont work)

Yup you're right it didn't. I did find out I accidentally based trap ward off serpent ward and fixed that. Still need to figure out how to do this ultimate though.
