Guest | Ok, I KNOW that you can make custom icons and put them in a map, but my questions are: How big (in pixels) can they be? What program do I need to convert them from whatever->.blp? Where do I put the blp? And, if it is possible to put custom anims. in a map, how do you do it? |

1) 64x 64 2) Get DjbnJack's "War3 Image Extractor." You can convert using this tool. Get it on the download scetion of this site. 3) Depends. You have to put the blp on your map. You can use any name, as long as you also edit the corresponding TXT file. For an example, if you want to change the Orcish Altar of Storms button, you gotta take a look on "Units\OrcUnitFunc.txt". Inside it, you can see the following line: Art=ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNAltarOfStorms.blp So either you add your new blp using the same path or you use any path and change the path on that TXS. |

No you don't need. Just change set the icon path on WE Blink to be the path of your new BLP within the map. |
