Nerub's return

History:

20.000 years ago the Burning Legion made it's first attempt at conquering the world of warcraft. The world was still young and fresh, just created by the titans, and so was the Burning Legion. Without evil, there can be no good, so as a reaction to the glorious creation of the titans the Burning Legion was created deep under the earth. As i said, they were not aware of this universal law, and they were trying to find a way to destroy the world of warcraft. Because their own demonic ranks were still way to little, the dreadlords decided to create a new race, a cross-breed between Spiders and Humans, so they rose from their dark caverns in the underworld to the upper realm. There they started creating this new race, by infecting a human woman with the spores of a male spider. The child was born as an abomination, the creature had the body of a spider, the arms and hands of a human, and a sort of helmed-like head, with the human like jaws, but they were split like those from a spider.
The dreadlords called this creature Nerub, and gave him the power to easily spawn new Nerubians by infecting humans with his spores, or breeding them himself. They sent him to Northrend, an empty piece of land, but ideal for the prosperring of the Nerubians. And they prosperred, that's for sure. They had the strength of an insect, but still the cunning and hands of humans, so they could craft powerful weapons. They even made new Nerubians, by manipulating their own gene strains and infecting other beings then humans, thus creating various creatures known as Arachnabeasts, arachnid and the powerful flying spiders, the Azjol. Thus, when the whole land was infected by the Nerubians, it eventually became known as Azjol-Nerub. The dreadlords saw how their creatures prosperred, and felt that the bloodlust that they implemented in their original design was waiting to be unleashed, and decided to order them to do what they were created for, destroy the other races to walk this land. So the Nerubians crafted several ships to sail to the lands of Lordaeron, Khaz Modan, Azeroth, Grim Batol and several other lands. They did not dare to fight the night elves until their ranks had became even stronger, for the sole reason that Cenarius was already their leader and that Pit Lords were not yet born in the netherrealm of the Burning Legion. So the Nerubians sailed to these lands, along with the Azjols, who went there flying. At first, it seemed that the Nerubians were doing their job very well, eradicating several creep races as the Murloc, Centaur, and Furbolg, leaving only a handful of them alive. They also killed the humans who lived in the lands of Grim Batol and Khaz Modan with ease, just by infecting them and turning them into new Nerubians. But then they stumbled onto the mighty Human-Orc alliance of Lordaeron. The orcs were not yet driven by bloodlust, since Mannoroth wasn't even born yet. It was possible for the Nerubians to infect the humans, however the orcs had a very different build so they couldn't infect them. All the Azjol were killed, and all of the Nerubians too. Luckily, the Nerubians still had their own continent Northrend, which was undiscovered by the orcs and humans. The dreadlords accepted their failure and decided never to build a new race again. However, the pitlords, who were now born and fresh from their eggs, saw the amazing potential the orcs had. They were vicious fighters, powerful wielders of magic, and they could not easily be infected by parasites or diseases. So the Burning Legion decided to leave the Nerubians alone, and began bloodlusting the orcs...

When the Burning Legion was about to make it's arrival, and had created the Undead Scourge, they decided to include several undead mummified Nerubians to the army too, known as the Crypt Fiends...

But then, the legion was defeated, and all the races were severely weakened by the fight against the scourge. The Nerubians saw their chance, and managed to save one last Temple of the Damned, and with this sanctuary of evil, they decided to revive their old leader and warchief Nerub again... as a Crypt Fiend...

This is the story so far, everyone may use it as a base for their campaign, since i'm too lazy to make one myself. I believe it is a fairly good story, and may be helpful to some people. Ofcourse, i'd love some feedback, and some correcting on mistakes in the story i may have made.

All the races were battered and bruised from the wars they had fought, and the few Nerubians that remained under the mountains of Northrend saw their chance to free their Crypt Fiend brothers from the chains of the Lich King. They returned from under the ground to the surface in a small abandoned bay, hided by a mountain ridge, and started building their ships as they did almost 20000 years ago. They went back to the land of Lordaeron, were they found the humans they once infected flourishing again. It would be easy to just go to a small city and infect it entirely, but since the Lich King still had the control over all of their dead brethren he would surely notice this. So they travelled through the lands of Lordaeron as fast as they could, hiding in coves, caves, and pits, until they reached the Dark Portal. From here they would be able to summon their leader and creator Nerub again, and so they did. Now that their great leader was back they went back to the misty mountains of Lordaeron as quiet as they came. The crypt fiends felt that their ancient leader and friend had returned and now they had the power to free themselves from the chains of the Lich King. They rebelled, using the help of a few Azjol, also brought back from the Netherealm by the Dark Portal. Riding the Azjol they returned to their old homeland Azjol-Nerub (Northrend) too. Now their hero was returned and they were complete again, they could begin with the task that was implemented in them from the beginning again...
