Problem with Train/Upgrade

Hi,

I have a problem with the "unit - issue train/upgrade order" action. This action isnt working in any of my triggers in my map. If I use it in some other map all is working as it should.
Can someone tell me what causes this problem in my map?
I allready tried to remove all imported files but this didnt help.

try making it so that the owner player haas some farmas, or make the units take 0 food, and make sure they have ebnough gold, or make the units cost 0 gold and 0 lumber
