comdlg32 problem

I came to this site and as advised in one the the toutorials, I downloaded the image extractor 2. Anyway, in the directory its in, I have these files:

Comdlg32.ocx
helpme.txt
ijl15.dll
storm.dll
tips.txt
Wc3 Image Extractor II.exe

When I try to run the extractor, I get this message:

Failed to load control 'CommonDialog' from Comdlg32.ocx. Your version of Comdlg32.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the verions of the control that was provided with your application.

Any ideas about wats wrong? HelpHelp!!!
