Gimli son of Gloin WIP

K, I got bored so I made Gimli son of Gloin from LOTR. Its still WIP, but i think it looks pretty good.

CHANGES:
Removed the horns from his helm and completely redid his helm.
added Chain mail
Completely redid his hair
Completely redid his back and front (cant really see the front tho)
Redid his belt

STILL TO BE DONE:
Knees down to his feet
His axe
Remove his hammer.
His gloves
His shoudler pads.

Yes, this will be released when its done, LOTR mods, use it all u want.

Hmm... overall very good. The armor on his back looks strange, his beard looks like he gelled in down, and (if you can edit models) he should have either a double-bladed battle axe or two single-bladed axe.

Looks Nice!! But you do realize that there is a thing sticking out of the back of his head.

try this... Alpha out the hammer and attach this to his hammer arm for twin axes... should look awesome :D

Nah, doesn't look like Gimli.

Not at all, really.

The thing sticking out the back of his head is actually his cloth that goes between his legs, its just put there for some odd reason on the model.

Ohgar_boy. Trust me, this is Gimli. I used the exact colour from the TT, and I'll give u a closer look at his helm, it is the exact symbols as the real gimli.

One suggestion would be to alpha out some of his beard to make it more like the Gimli in the movies. Another thing swould be to try and find different axes--the ones that the MK hold have very short handles, especially for someone with dwarf-length arms :...:

Im gonna release it with just the skin. Maybe someone can model him to look more like Gimli. Shorter Beard, New axe, no hammer, etc.

The Hammer can be removed and replaced by it´s twin axe...... hmmm also the axes can have a better detail in the model...... :ggani:

Hmm, with Nicoli's new script I might be able to edit him myself. Maybe he'll look more like Gimli then.

Yes and as was said before don´t forget to try making a shorter beard.......:ggani:
