How is fog of war done? I've tried a bunch of stuff, such as visibility-enable fog of war and visibility-create visibilty modifier fog of war and enable last created vis modifier but nothing will give me what I want. All I want is Fog of War in this one region. If that's not possible, the whole map. |

set at the begining of the game that region (name) become visible using farsight with either triggers or an invisable farseer. THen set farsight's time to 1 second so once the game starts you will see a fog of war there |

I didn't understand a word of what you just said. |

lol k here it is in simple terms: 1)First name the region you want to have a fog of war. 2)Then make a trigger saying a farseer to use farsight on it 3)the easiest way to do farsight is to make an invisable farseer to do it. 4)then in object editor make farsight only last for 1 second so when farsight clears up at the begining of the game there will be a fog of war there Hope that is easier for you to understand :) |

He wants no fog of war in some places, which means most places if you move away from a place you explored, you can still see it. In one other place he wants fog of war, which means if you explore there then move away from it, there is that grayness that only shows terrain. The only way I can think of doing it would be creating visibility modifiers whenever you walk somewhere except for that place... I'd have to look in the editor to find a way. |

Erm, im assuming you mean you want to get rid of the black mask, which is done in map options... |
