Slower Exp Gain

How do you lower the amout of EXP the hero I put all my units to level 1 and when my hero kills them he goes up levels to fast...

It is done by a trigger, under the event hero section I think

It can also be done in the gameplay constants (IF you want EVERY hero to have reduced experience gain.)
