Changing race mid-game

Anybody know a trigger to change a player's race during the game?

I don't mean changing the units that the player uses. I'd like to change the race that the player registers as, in the game, so that Player Race detection triggers will adapt to the new race correctly, and the Scorescreen icons will be appropriate.

Errr.... can't think of or find an action that will do what you're asking.... but perhaps you could cobble something together by transferring unit control between players? Seems damn complicated to me. Maybe have a group of "players" for all players of control, sharing unit control and vision... then transfer ownership of units around between them to change the controllers' races?

I don't know if this will work at all... still kind of half-baked. Hope it helps at least a little bit.

I don't think it's possible, I think it could be possible if you do some really complex modding though, I dunno.

You could just go into Game Interface and change the Scorescreen icon for the race you want to change to.

Well, I did say that I wanted to do it in-game.

It is impossible, If you don't want to get a human icon when you are burning legion, import blank icons for every of the 4 races...
