Omfg Im Retarded Help Me

Whenever i goto my friends house, all he does is play his damn Xbox live, and hes too retarded to set up a router, so whenever we goto his house, we have nothing to do.

Well im going to solve that problem by making my own little (well big) RPG/Campaign thing kind of like the Orc Bonus Campaign on Frozen Throne.

But theres one problem.... I DONT KNOW HOW!! Well I can trigger most things, but how do i get it to change maps like in the Bonus Campaign, like how you can goto Echo Island and back. And Im having trouble making a 3rd person camera, it just wont work, W3 Map Editor hates me.

Can someone help me with this? If you know how to do that trigger where you change maps and/or the camera editor, please tell me, PM me whatever, or if its a super long explanation just Email it to [email protected] in word or something

that thread didnt tell me anything. its a guy asking the same question as me. then a bunch of people try to figure it out. then they start bitching about viruses and saving 120 gigabytes of maps and all sorts of crazy crap. that didnt help me. i dont want gay little battle about viruses and misc BS that they posted

Look at both maps. Also, no offense, but if you have no idea how to do these things, maybe you should start smaller...

If you read, a guy posted exactly how he got it to work since the triggers you want only work for blizzard signed maps. On the first page he says how he did it and it worked. Go back and read again. If you still dont understand then tuff luck, it cant be done.

Ive made the map changing thing like the bonus campaign, if you want to know one thing that is really important for it is a hella big cache, thats all i have to say, the second part of a campaign im making sometime is going to made like this.

listen(or watch), lot of people asked it before you and they all got the same answer: You can't do like the orc campaigns because for security purpose, blizz have locked all necessary trigger.

I dont think anybody would take the risk of downloading a custom campaings with those unlocked until blizz make a security system which prevent adding risky files(exe...).

Well... here are a few suggestions
1) Play with him. Xbox live hasn't come to Singapore yet, but it sounds fun!
2) Set up the router for him (i mean if you have nothing to do, SET IT UP!)
3) Stick to little, or make a really big map. I heard (but have not yet experienced, since my terraining skills are equivalent to that of a small-insect) that USMWE or something allows you to get custom tilesets done... or something? Well, just put one place as whatever island... one place as blahblah... and transport. You may actually not NEEED to transport (whee!). Create life size!
Gist of this - Use big map. Use many tileset.
4) Work on something else... I dunno. As far as I know, RPGs require massive amounts of work. Good RPGs require skill and mass_of_work. Even bad ones have much work put into it (keke I love RPGs, I just hate hard work).
5) Experiment. There are only about 30+ camera triggers (with the selections and polar offsets and stuff). :D No joke it's really how I learnt cameras and world editor (way before I discovered this site. You guys have it easy :()
6) Download gunbound. Free fun games! (no I promised to tell no one they paid me to say this).
