On the right side is a panel with three tabs. The active on (by default) is 'Layers.' Change that to 'Channels' and then click on the 4th one, labeled 'Alpha Channel 1.' You can then just paint on it. |

if all u see is black then the entire picture has been alpha'd out. when white is over an area, that area stays on the skin, but when black is over that area, that part of the skin dissapears in world editor and gameplay. in order to see wut area ur alphaing out click on the empty square on the all colors layer(a little left of the name) and an eye ball should apear in it. then u should b able to c the skin. but know that u can see it instead of the black areas being the alpha'd out part, it changes to red, and white changes to clear, even though in the color palltes it still shows it as black and white. if i didnt make much sense, or didnt explain it enough u should look at the tutorials section. |

So you can just paint it on? I have 5.0 :nono: so maybe that could affect something. What do you paint it on with? Something special or just click and drag on the picture? |
