I just have one question: How do you make a skip cinematic trigger?! I've tried to make my own, that didn't work. And I've tried to import a skip cinematic trigger, from the W3 demo, but that trigger was to complicated for me to use. So can anyone please tell me how to do. |

I'm not really sure. I think it's under "Skip remaining actions". So basically... If Something happens Skip remaining actions. |

I've used the exactly same cinematic skipping method as blizz, but that didn't work, and that also includes the thing you said Ant. When I want to test a late-game cinematic in one of my maps, i always have to go through all the other cinematics, before coming to the right one, and that really drives me crazy. |

I looked at the triggerz blizzard used to make the skip and put it into my map and it works perfectly. You have to use variables. |

If you have time Nemesis9x, then I would be very pleased if you would download my attached map, and fix the skip trigger for the intro cinematic. |

Piece of cake. Check out the minor tweak I did. :D Also, you need more doodads if you want the map to look good. |

Thanks Draco. :ggani: As far as I can see, you've only moved the InCinematic variable. Was it just that little thing, that made the whole difference??? I know the terrain and the doodads in my map aren't very good, thats because I didn't want to use a lot of time to make it look perfect, when I began making the map. But I will place some more doodads in the map, when I've finished the cinematics. |
