Posted a question the other day. All i wanted to know, is it a good idea for a Capture teh flag/hero arena style map i have the basic map done and triggers. I just need to know is it worth continuing. Need to do skills and scoreboard triggers :D I had to right this again as its jumped a phew pages and know one will see. THERE YOU GO, FULL STOPS AND COMAS !!!!!!! |

Unless it's VERY VERY VERY DAMN GOOD, don't continue with it. All the hero arenas and CTFs suck so far. |

Ok some responses, but how will i know if its half deceant. why and how did other CTFs maps fail I need some guidelines GOGOGOGOOGOG |

They're like Mauls. The origional was very good, I loved it. But then it got used soooooooooo much that even Wintermaul the origional doesn't interest me anymore. The first few goes at a format are generally good (unless the mapper just sucked), but if they are used too much then people lose interest. If you're map has some revolutionary features, go ahead. Otherwise, STOP THIS DAMN BANDWAGON BEFORE IT KILLS US ALL! |

Cough Druggy......anyway i tell u basic thing the item is a glag it loosk like a falg u select ur hero zoom to this map where the flag arena is(bleh that sounded buggered) U simply >select hero (all soon to be edited with skills etc) >transported to centre of CTF field > where others are transported to > u have a base they have a base > objective get their flag and bring it to ur throne (ur flag) > u get a team point for the falg and +3 kills for the flag and cash > each kill gets u gold and a point on the board >each capture by the player who captures it gets 3 kills on his little board The map takes about 30-1 min to get one base to another so i was thinkin of adding an option to set th game speed |

There is one good CTF map out. It was made in beta and then converter by someone else stealing it. I just remember the clantag infront of the thiefs name "xHCx" .. But I dont remember the rest of his name. |

Yoop druggy...only jokin gees get a grip Ok i need this CTF map link so i can see how good it is and where he went wrong im makin some good skills aswell. |
