Ok, thanks to the other thread I found frostmourne pedastal, but it randomly plays death animation and stand3 animation, I'm wondering if theres anyway to prevent this without .mdl editing...

Why not? Its very odd to see this sword pedestal that randomly explodes...

Ligature
You could use it as a unit - that way it wouldn't play its animation.

base it off of a unit or doodad that works and than just change the name and model and so on.

hm well you could just pause the unit

at map intialization pause it.

Um it doesnt explode ingame, thats just in the WE.

then why does it matter? its programmed into WE for all units to randomly play an animation, is it THAT annoying?

It's not annoying, just wierd. And it only happens on Frostmourne, frostmourne plays its death animation, whereas all other units don't (maybe a few other cinematic ones do).

SpectreReturns had it right, although you seem to have ignored him. The Frostmourne pedestal does not "randomly explode" in-game. In the WE, it plays a randm animation when you go to a unit, and since the pedestal's only animations are stand and explode, more often than not, it shatters.

I actually didn't test it or anything, and would feel foolish if this weren't true, but I'm practically positive it is...

Oh, and for something cool (speaking of death animations), turn on the gem (at the lower right corner, between the 2 scroll bars).
When it's on, different things happen... ;)
