TheCheater	If you use a Mac, iTunes also doubles as a MP3 converter (but you probably haven't so I'll shut up now.)

SOuNDSNC	fl studio opens midi files, lets you edit them then converts to mp3 or wav if you wish

alpengeist36	jetaudio also works. well, it converts midi to wav, and theres loads of prgrams converting wav to mp3.
