PitzerMike	Download WCviewer or Image Extractor 2 and open war3.mpq. Look in the ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\ Folder for something like BTNBuild.blp

saus	0_o you expect me to spend 2 whole minutes looking for it by myself? Fine! If anybody is lazy and doesn't feel like looking it's at ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNBasicStruct.blp Oh, it's also under abilities called Unknown (ANbu) Wait.. that's the wrong one.. this must be a record for number of edits.
