I like it a lot. The yellow glow really puts the finishing touch on the icon. I don't know what the spell does, but it's probably going to be good consider you drew an excellent icon for it. |

If I'm next mistaken that's a recolor of an icon that wasn't used in the game but was still in the MPQ. Due to the fact it's just a recolor I won't rate it, but overall, it fits the description nicely. Also, this belongs in the gallery. |

It's just a recolor, you didn't redo it from scratch, add major parts, ect--you added the lightning around the arm and sword and maybe recolored the arm, not sure. Still, it serves its purpose, so I have no problem with it. It would be more unipque if it was freehand, but hey, all I do is recolors too :p I'd add some sparks and stuff shooting off the sword to make it look more like electricity. |

he said that it WASNT a recolor and he did the lightning free hand and redrew the arm, the only thing that was a recolor was the glove. Quote:

Okay, I'm not going to get in a huge argument over what's recolor and what's not, but hte fact is is that he recolored the background black, recolored the arm to look human/alive, and he recolored the green glow to be yellow. Yes, he added some stuff. It's still a recolor. And I have NO problem whatsoever with that. But compare it with the original from the war3x.mpq EDIT: Hmm, I reread this and decided it sounded too much like a flame. But like I said before, about all I do is recolors too :P And recolors are fine if they serve thier purposes, as long and you don't get the idea its not a recolor. Like I said before, too, add some sparks aand stuff and it will look even better. |

this is what i did colored all the green black, so its just the arm and sword, added the flesh arm, and then did all the yellow manually... so it wasnt a recolor, i dont even know how to recolor :p |

Recoloring is exactly what you did--took one color and changed it into another. The yellow is freehand, and I didn't seem to notice that before... however, it still looks like recolor :p Green -->Yellow, Undead-->Fleshy, with the background changed to black. Like I said earlier, just add some sparks, maybe some small arcs of electricity branching off the weapon, and it'll look fine. |

He redrew the arm too. Notice in the original icon that the arm is a thin little bone. In his icon, it looks like a human arm. I like the icon, the only thing I think you should do is change the glove around a bit, heck really you only need to recolor the purple on the glove into brown/grey/yellow, or some less undead looking color and it will be great. |
