Use World Editor Enhanced! Found in the DL section, from there, go to the normal unit menu, and in the human section are Marines and Space Orcs, Zerg, are in Neutral

Yeah, get world editor enhanced. Go to the DLs/Tools section. The instructions to install are included in the .zip.
