FinalTyrant	This is a Desert Assasin for one of my projects and I only started it today... problem is when I alphad out those spikes on her cape these big black squares appered and now are attached to her cape and cover her legs :( why did this happen...

Zap	Yeah, certain things cant be alphaed without causing problems, i reccomend you just put them back in. Cape looks nice.

Reinhart	I like the theme you're going for, but I believe that cape is CnPed from Malfurion. Also, if you're going to stick with a cloth cape like that, then make her seem more assasin like and lose the armor in place for some cloth or leather armor.

Sheyd	It's doing that because the material isn't set for transparency, it's pretty easy to fix, just some minor .mdl editing. there's tut's in the modelling forum.

h34d5h0tz	this should be moved if u want to know what is wrong with those black squares, cuz i dont rly think that u will get as good or as quick answer here. i should go post this in the skinning and texturing place. but the skin is pretty good.

FinalTyrant	LOL... Blizzard fuked up... on the warden... open the mdx of her in wc3veiwer and look closly where the these black squares are... they are there... mistake in the model... :bgrun:

FinalTyrant	Well theres a thing that has tabs... it says "layers", "Channels", and "paths" you should find this near the top right corner... go to channels and then go to the black and white 1 at the bottom called alpha or sumtin... forgot then to get rid of stuff select exemple BM's sword and go here then make it black... sounds strange I know... but easy :D

Necron.	hmm WEIRd!!! this is my options on : Layer--New-DuplicateLayer- Layer Properties- Layer style-New Fill Layer- New Adjustment Layer-New Based Slice-Add Layer Mask- Add Vector Mask- Flatten Image---- and the last Matting.... weird im not so good at english so plz tell me if i get\got somthing wrong..

FinalTyrant	NO!!! not the little tab things... there are a few windows that open when you start up PS... there is a tool 1 on the left... use the 1 on the right :D at the top
