Required: Modellers, Skinners, Mappers & Lurkers, Critics, Testers. Well, I'm working on a mod that is heavily influenced by the Warhammer and Darien worlds. The races will be greatly altered, with new tech trees, including different (and new) heroes, units, buildings, items, spells and abilities. As you can guess I have big aspirations for the mod... but this is just what can potentially be done with the theme. Races in work: Undead - New World Undead - Antiquity Elves - Wood/Sylvan Elves - Dark/Drow Humans Orcs & Goblins <to be concepted> The main objective is to complete each race as a working, integrated unit, as a whole to compose the core 'bestiary'. However, that is unfeasible to do in one stage, so I will be planning a campaign of small missions, slowly introducing the characters and races as they are developed. The first two races being created are the Undead and Wood Elves. They were part of the original conception, so are already in production. If this sound slike something you'd like to contribute to, or be part of, then let me know. Any help, however small, will be most appreciated. |

A couple of screenshots: Mummy Tomb Priest; originally skinned (Garas) by Ydoh, and edited by myself: Vampire Lord; originally skinned (DeathKnight) by Hitenmitsurugi, and modified by myself to be a Vampire: ![]() |

IM new to this forum, but im pretty good at making cinematic, good at making story stuff, a good map maker and really want to start modeling(if anyone can help me with it my msnIM is [email protected], im having problems with installign the programs and **** liek that) but anyway i would give u an example of my cinematic work but my comp crashed during the hurricane and my whole hard drive burnt out, my cinematic was a music vide that was going to be used to impress people for campaign making. so if you want me on the team i can make some cinematics for you BTW whitehorn i see u got good modeling skills, u think u can help me out!? |

Sure, I'll help you out - I managed to get all the tools up and running for myself, and have successfully imported new skins and models. However, dont get modelling mixed up with skinning. I haven't made any models yet, and those pics are only about 10-40% my skinning work. I'm quite new to the scene, but have set up a decent foothold. Dark_MoonRider, nice effects. I posted a big plea in the requests forum if you want to browse over that. Otherwise, hop along to our forum. |

Alright I can do these... Undead Archer/Warriors can be skinned easily... Even you can do... Black Knights I might be able to do with Skinning/Edit Modeling but it will take a While... I have never ever seen anyone do a Chariot before but Chariots are great part of Egypt so we need someone to do that... Carrion Riders and Fel Bats I have models of... So you dont need to worry about those... Tomb Guyard I can make(more like edit) with Gmax Lord Nagash- Funny I was thinking about making this skin 2-3 weeks ago... I have perfect model for this :D |

Excellent. BTW, The Skeleton warrior for Vampire counts is done, we just need a more egyptian looking one (like the pic posted) for the Khemri Undead. This would be a more sandy coloured skin, and different shield (and perhaps more scimitar shaped sword). We also have archers done.. which are only for the Khemri ![]() HERE is a good site for the units within the Vampire count list. And A Black Knight: ![]() The Current Nagash model is a Revenant, which is quite cool in game. |

I do MDL modeling which only helps on Removing and Adding Glows and doing some minor Modification... I also skin too though but Im better at skinning... But hey there cant be anything wrong with 2 skinners in one mod! We will be pleased if you joined Whitehorn and I! _________________________________________ WhiteHorn, I need to see if I am on the right track. I did this at 6:49 and I finished it now (6:53). This is basic Concept of Skeleton Rider. ITS NOT DONT DONE ARGUE WITH ME I just edited the horse face, but you barely can see it... Im also going to Change interface Icon to a Skeleton Warrior with a Helmet attached with MDL editing. The Skin will be More bloodier and WAY more skeletal. Hey I made this in 4 minutes give me a break... |

That is very cool! A quick request. Think you could edit a necromancer model, removing its beard and skull helm for me... that woul dmake it a much better (WH) Necro in my opinion. I can skin the gaps if necesary. As For black knight...drool at this pic |

Immelman, because we are doing Vampire Counts, I want you to make a skin of a Berserked Mutant. Porbably use a Faceless One or a Felguard. Put realistic Veins and great Textures on them. Also, make blood cause they crazy! |

Well we can Alpha the Helm out but if we delete or Alpha the Beard, there will be a huge blank spot on his face (My friend tried it). So I will think of something... Give me 15 minutes... ------------------------------------------- Oh just to tell ya Im pro at Vampire Counts (I play Warhammer as a hobby) and textured Faceless can be a "Strigo" minion or something. It will work great! |
