SexPistol	do you have the targa update? cause i think you can only have the alpha channel if you get it.

Necron.	i experimented a little bit and with a "fault" i removed the priests staff :D is that right? i used layer mask or somthin

SexPistol	Well if you got the staff to go away then you must have done something right. On mine it doesn't call it the layer mask, it calls it Alpha 1. You said LAYER mask too, alpha is a CHANNEL, not a layer, are you looking in the right area for alpha?
