i know any special effect you add to a unit scales its self to the models its attached too but i was wondering if there is any way round this as i have a few oversized units that need small special effects adding to them anyone managed to do this?

if you attach a unit it still resizes the special effect to the size of the model you attach it to

I think this is hardcoded... You could...eg.

Attach a unit, say, wisp, to his hands..

Give the wisp the desired effect.

Make the wisp invisible or fade it to near invisible...

Use the shadow orb ability to give the wisp the appropriate special effect.

Think this could work...not sure at all :P But try it out. As I think the effect would scale after what size the wisp is, and not the other way arround.
