skinning help!!

drezman	i edited my skin in Adobe Photoshop, saved as targa, imported into mpq using right file name and w/e its called, then changed it to .blp, but it wont work, what am i doing wrong?

Whitehorn	That happens when you mess up your Alpha channel.
