i need gmax to mdx script

i remember seeing in the news a while ago a max script that supposidly worked for both 3dsmax and gmax i dont have the money to buy 3ds so i have gmax instead.

i've searched around the forums for it to no avail, if anyone knows where it is please, reply with a link.
