The face isn't all that different from the Illidan face. The problem is that its stretched in a weird way to fit the face. |

demonhunters have a cloth on their faces OMG IT CAN"T BE TURE :ggani: That means you redid the face (well you had to) besides it looks good, i said that before, remember your SUPPOSED to get crits and comments here |

Sure, I want criticism, but again, the face it pretty much the same as Illidan's. Yes it has a cloth on it, but you can see the facial features, even his eyes, despite that cloth, so I only recoloured it. Oh, and 'OMG IT CAN"T BE TURE' is really constructive. Well, at least it makes me think you're about 12. Anyone have anything constructive to say? |

Kirym, I doubt it's easy to model the Bandanna-less face of a Demon Hunter since with that bandanna, the model loses the definition of eye sockets. That is the way most demon hunters turn out. As for the wardancer, I'm guessing that this is based of the Wood Elf Wardancer from Warhammer Fantasy (my friend had the Wood Elves book). I can't remember what the wardancer looked like, but if you don't mind breaking artistic renditions of the Wardancer (You do paint the models your own way after all), I would suggest adding some red body paint to the wardancer's body to contrast the green pants. Nice idea overal though. I may have to make me some Dark Elves :ggani: |

ROGUE-Gladiator; My brother has been collecting Wood Elvs for over 10 years, and we've been in the hobby over 14. I also have plenty of resource material... and not one of the wardancers has any tattoos. Sure, I thought they did from memory... However, I fully intend to add some as warpaint ASAP. alfredx_sotn; These are my first real skins (I've been here 2 weeks), and they fit the bill of my requirements. However, they aren't just recolours. I had to remove the tattoos from teh demon hunter (re-doing his skin), remove the fluffy bits from his trews (some more smudging), and a lot of gritty face work, which was awkward due to the model's face. The Wood Elves also had more than just recolouring. I added and removed various jewelery, made a new face for the male from the priest, blending and reshaping it into the existing face, removng the hair band, removing the breasts, and adding further decoration to the torso, redoing the boots, and somehow managing to turn half the bowstring gold, lol. I do aspire to make some skins from scratch, but I've got a lot to do for the mod. The Wood Elves are largely re-colours of Night Elves. Hope that exlains a few things more, and I'll eep you updated with the Elves :) |

I'm still trying to figure out how to load custom skins into the viewer... these models are larger (1.3 for female, 1.5 for male), and obviously taken on maxzoom in W3. |

use the camera in WE... or for viewer, let's say u want to view a crypt fiend skin, goto your wc3 directory, put the skin into units\cryptfiend\cryptfiend.blp open the viewer u should have it on the model.... |
