Combinations of spells

Can I combinate two spells? I want spell which will drain life (immolation) but increase movement speed (for ex.: Endurance Aura).

what you can do is use an edited bear form. make a copy of the unit that has the spell and make sure everything is the same, except for a negative health regeneration and increased movement speed. (this only works if you want them to be allowed to switch the spell on and off)
If you want the spell to be cast, wearing off after a short duration, do the same thing with metamorphosis
