Here's my first attemp at him. The damn problem is with the wing on his face, OMG its cant be removed using alpha channel so I have to keep those wing. Also the small triangle on his shield cant be changed.

I need to know what is the letter for lieutenant, is it ltn or lnt or something else.

Lieutenant is just Lt.

The wings don't hurt too bad, I think they should be a slightly lighter color than the rest of the suit.

Did you try to color that spike on the shield? Some parts of skins are hard to find.

That's the one thing I don't like skinning about them. They've got all those little pieces and it's hard for me to think where they go.

I haven't skinned in a long time...

ha well i just figured out after you do a skin, you remember where each part is...heres a trick i do. I open up the tga in photoshop and then i open the mdx in viewer and I look off that to see where each part goes.

Hey, I'm kinda new to skinning, but I made my own skin of Lt Bricks. The thing is I can't get it to work on the editor. I'll try something today that I think might work, though.

The problem is that I've got the file as a .blp, and I've copied the directories, but I can't get the skin to show up while in the editor. It's always worked before...

I used the Captain's skin... emote_sweat

Yeah, I got it working now. Thanks for the help though. Here's the skin.

Umm, I don't know how to get rid of the alpha marks, so I just used the blue player color for those spots and it fits in very nicely. However, I'm not sure where the spike on the shield is. The main thing of interest is the sword and his eyes. I'm thinking of changing the gold to a cool green color that I've been experimenting with.

Here's the actual skin that I used. I was thinking that the space in the circle was that spike but I don't know now...
