Mapping Partner...

I'm looking for a mapping partner, to make a single player RPG. Right now the map is just a concept inside my head, so there is no map at the moment.

The storyline in centered around a mythical object, which is said to be in the care of a completely evil sorcerer, who is using it's magical energies to tear apart the land in order to get to the source of the earth's magic, the sunfire, located in the center of the world.

When you begin, you can choose a path. Ultimately, your goal will be the same; Stop the wizard, however, there are different avenues to victory.

If you choose the path; Wizard, you will start out as an apprentice, doing errands for your master, learning about magic, eventually getting into more serious quests, and eventually leading to the mythical object.

If you choose the path; Thief, you will start out as a footpad, working for the thieves guild, through time, you will up your rank, and eventually become powerful enough, and you will attempt to steal the mythical object, hence stopping the sorcerer.

If you choose the path; Warrior, you will start out as a recruit in the royal army, eventually leading to higher and higher ranks and poistions, eventually becoming general of all the army, and launching a frontal assault on the sorcerer's tower, hence, stopping the wizard.

If you choose the path; Druid, you will start out as a spirit, and eventually take corporial form, governing nature, and in an attempt to heal the land, you will attemp to wrest the mythical object, hence stopping the sorcerer.

Eventually, when you have the mythical object, you find out that to destroy it, you have to absorb it's power, and in doing so, you belive it will kill you. However, you accept the risk and do so. Once you do, you become a god, and must defend yourself from rival gods, who are seeking to kill you and steal your magic, for even though you are a new god, you have more power then many of them.

There will be more paths, but this is all I have right now.

The map will be spread out over other maps, using the game cache.

Here's what I need from my partner;

Moderately Good Terraining, (Or better)

Fairly Good Triggering (About my level, which is, knowing everything about triggers without stepping across the boundary into JASS)

Skinning/Modelling: Would be appreciated very much so..

sounds fun. i have all of those skills but i am doing my own project right now. but i can help if you ever need anything. pm if you need something small to be done. i am good with all of those things except skinning. i'm just starting and modeling i am just starting as well but i can do them.

I didn't actually mean it like that sorry, bad choice of words. I mean as long asi can get in contact with you and you look at new custom games, once in a while, just to get a few new ideas... well I suppose you don't even have to do that... as long as I can get in contact with you easily. Do you have MSN?

I'm good at skinning
I'm not that good at terraing
But i'm not usually on B.net, well atleast once a week

I could help... I have nothing else to do. Maybe I should get a life? Naw! I'm just not sure if I'll think this is very interesting. I only want to do it if I'm having fun doing it, of course. What exactly do you need help with now/later?

Sorry for replying to this a bit late, I was away for the weekend....

I don't really need help with anything right now, I haven't started the map, I just want to have someone else working on this instead of just me, so it will get done faster, and usually when I do a project on my own, it ends up collecting dust, unfinished in my Warcraft III folder. ;)

Saus or Stopot, either one of you, would be good, and of course, this is only for fun, I don't plan on pushing myself or you, I just want to actually finish a large project for once.
