I need help badly

you know in the undead campaign in TFT, there was a level where arthas had to pull the lever and the water comes out of the thing and floods the towers, how do you do that?

yes the doodad is under cenimatic. but the really weird thing is it is called rising water....hm. i wonder why they would call it that. so strange.
