Making new singleplayer-RPG-like Campaign...

Like you heard on the title, I will make a new campaign which is like Blizzard's orc bonus one. You know, the one with Rexxar. I love that sort of campaign, you can add in whatever you want without affecting the storyline.

After long thinking I decided you will play as Orc or Other.

-Night Elf? Nah, they are all ugly. Warrior women. I hate 'em, they suck.

-Human? But they are way too.. normal, I want some other things in it. Err.. How should I explain better? For example.. Using other races makes you able to add in foreign phrases, like Lok-Tar.. and much more things. Do you understand what I mean?

Undead? Well... I didn't want player to be the damned evil in this campaign.

Only Orc left. You could use some other, you know, there is Rexxar the halfbreed, he is not orc, then its Chen Stormstout.. neutrals.

What storyline should it have?
I'm completely empty in the head. Plain stupidly empty.:bangH:Cant think of any story.

No I cant for now, but soon i will learn.. did just find a skinning program for Mac
So what? I can download custom skins, models and icons from campaigncreations, wcwarehouse, gilgarn.org. A good thing with that is the fact it might inspire, too.

Yeah I think most people like Durotar.. but what if you could do a campaign which was about 9000 years ago, when Draenor was still there?
you be an orc and go around for optional quests, main quest could be concerning Lothar and Khadgar leading humans to attack..

While I haven't played Warcraft II and therefore don't know anything about the storyline (except what is told in TFT), an interesting start may be to begin nearby the place where the humans initially came through. This could be right after the humans first came through, so a first mission could be to escape to a safe location with fighting humans and orcs everywhere (with the humans in much greater numbers, of course).

By the way, I take it you're planning to make area transitions similiar to those of the Orc campaign? If so, it'd be interesting to hear how you're going to accomplish this.

mabye we could use this idea....its on my map but...okay it starts like this...on my map!

some humans are traveling in the desert..and get attacked by some strange creatures(undead) and every body die exept 2 or 3...now the have to travel to the city and get help....and after that it continue....like it??

I will use Outland-- Draenor.
I havent played first Warcraft and only a little bit of warcraft II so i know almost only what was told in FT.
It is enough to know
..that Draenor was the Orcs homeland
..that the Orcs once long time ago lived a shamanistic society, but very few know that
..that Khadgar the mage and Lothar the paladin did lead a human army to attack Draenor, they almost suceeded in defeating the orcs for good
..that .. etc

Look, the Humans are agressive, but it is the orcs who is known to be aggressive!

YEaah i got an idea!
Mannoroth could be included.. you know the blood pact, fel orcs demonically corrupted, they talked about it in RoC
And then the Dark Portals,.. campaign could continue further.. lets create idea; after dark portal failed some flaws in time appear, a portal of time goes..
green orcs from former draenor and red orcs from future black citadel? in an AoS?
they battle somewhere in time
when the battle is over..
blah blah blah
they find out that where they are in time IS the nuclear age (now)
blah blah blah
they see much tech, cars, helicopters and everything..

YEAH I GOT IT! THATS WHAT STORYLINE SHOULD BE ABOUT!
