New Campaign "The Phynix Gate"

I've been working on this storyline for sometime now... It takes place after/befor Warcraft III .Anyway tell me what you guys think, and if anybody wants to help your more then welcome to e-mail me at [email protected].

Khadgar, Medivh's apprentice (who had supposedly killed Medivh) is corrupted by an unknown force. He discovers a discovers a magical item called The Phynix Gate that lets it's holder travel throw time. And so he travels back in time to the very beginning of W3 rite before Medivh tells Thrall to go west to Kalimdor, and imprisons him in his raven form. Now he sets out to conquer the Warcraft world. Meanwhile Ner'Zhul the Lich King has become aware of these events. And so he decides to take madders into his own hands by giving some of his dark powers to a young orc named Gez'Grel in exchange for his clan. Now Gez'Grel must obtain the phoenix gate from the arch mage and bring it to Ner'Zhul.

See thats what I like that I havn't seen yet time travel, very good concept. I accualy may be willing to help you on this.

You know what, I really like your campaign for 2 reasons.
First, it sounds very interesting and
second, (most importantly) it mentions some characters from Warcraft 3 and its nice to hear some familiar names. Good idea! :)

-Khadgar was featured in the WC2 expansion, so it won't 'work' or be consistent. He's currently dead or floating about the Twisting Nether.
=Check your game history before proceeding.

-Time travel? I never found it particularly works in fantasy games, though Neverwinter Nights did it quite well. Fantasy should stay fantasy, and leave time travel to sci-fi universes.

-Unless you're doing some parallel universe, don't mess about with Blizzard's heroes or their timeline (No Medivh will probably result in the end of the world- see the end of WC3).
Imprisoning Medivh? He's far more powerful than Khadgar anyway, him being the last Guardian of Tirisfall (Khadgar, though his apprentice, is just a human).

A wizard trying to rule the world isn't original, but I'm sure you could make some twists on it. You need some pansy good guys too.
