i editted a force of nature unit ability to be an item ability. Didn't really mess with the force of nature at all, set mana to 0, but left all the fields alone. Then i give it to an item, set the item to charged, actively used and all that. Then when i go to use it, i get the green circle that you use to select the trees but when i click with it on trees nothing happens. Is this some sort of specific error I'm making and I just haven't caught it or is there a problem with this? If so how do i fix it? |

Alright so i've been trying to figure this out. I've changed all sorts of little values, i tried putting the ability on a different item to start with (a doomguard item) since that's also a summonable. I tried making the ability again from a hero ability instead of a unit ability. Nothing works. wtf is going on with this ability. HEEEEEEELP!! |

can you send me a map with the ability/edit so i can see what you did or didn't chance? I know it sounds like you didn't change much of it but I am a visual person... all I want is a blank map with the ability but if you feel comfortable just send me the map you already have it in. Alright I've come up with the temporary solution of putting the normal unit ability into a spellbook ability and then having the character lose the item when he uses it. But that's annoying and excessive. Someone tell me why the damn editor wont work. |

I've been messing around with it... and just in case I started form scratch and converted the spell to an item spell with 3 charges... and I get the same result you already had. I haben't been able to see 1, why is lets you target the trees still and two doesn't knock them down creating treants... I am still working on it though and if I figure it out I'll let you know right away |
