Does anyone know a way to make it possible for say a peasant to have the ability to mine gold but not be able to chop down trees. I've went through all of the unit abilities and doing it that way isn't possible. So if anyone has an answer it will be greatly appreciated.
That is an interesting idea...although what sucks about that is that i'd need a haunted gold mine. Plus it would look kind of wierd if a peasant was standing outside of a mine waving his arms and gold appearing. I need something a little better.
Why can't you just edit the Harvest Ability? Just set it so you can't attack trees, maybe remove the Lumber Capacity and Damage to Tree fields, then make sure the peasant has it... I don't see why that wouldn't work.
