I use 3ds max 4, so I don't know how exact it is to Gmax, but this is how you do it in 3dsm4:

Tools>Mirror...> then a popup window should come up,
In the window select the Axis on which you want to mirror, and select copy, then hit the ok button.
that's it.

oh, and yeah it looks pretty kewl, it'd be really cool if it had a rider, like a goblin maybe?

  • Mirror your half, positioning it so it lines up nicely
  • On your edit mesh modifier, not in sub-object mode, select "Attach," a Geometric Modifier
  • Select the other half. They are now joines as one geoset
  • Enter the vertex sub-object level on the new geoset. Select the veritices along the mirror axis. Click "Weld selected." If you have your weld threshold high enough, they should snap together. Otherwise, raise it and try again.
  • Add a meshsmooth modifier set to 0 iterations
Code:

 - Edit Geometry
 | Create | | Delete |

 | Attach | | Detach | <-- Here

 | Break | | Turn |

  | Extrude | 0.0 ±

  | Chamfer | 0.0 ±

See the insane simplecy of gMAx.....Anyways, you are in some serious need of weld if that is gonna be put in War3. At the moment it looks great, but it'll never get into War3.
