im trying to edit skins so i looked at the tutorials, i used Skinning Turtorail by Pencil God, and it said i need wc3 image extractor 2. I used win.rar to extract it but when i click on the icon i get an error. in the read me ive for requirements ive got everything but visual basic .dll files. Im not that smart of a computer person so if someone knows where i can get the files plz tell me |

You can get them at Shadowflares website, where you can also download WinMPQ. Go to my FAQ and follow the links where it says "How to install WinMPQ". |
