Skin not working in WC3 Viewer

Ok, problem is, I've edited a skin a little, and tried too many times to view it in the WC3 Viewer, yet still nothing works. I've already converted it to a .blp file, but it doesn't show up in the viewer, what am I doing wrong here?

Please help me, I really want to use this skin.

If you already converted it to .blp then why dont you just load it into wc3.

I've already tried importing it into map, but when I re-opened the map all I could see was the team colour and hero glow. The skin is glitched. It's either that or my Viewer's been seriously tampered with.

If you see only team glow the reason is a messed up alpha channel, make sure you only have one. Something else that might fix the problem is turn the quality of compresion down when you convert to .blp.

So how do I fix it?

Make sure you only have 1 alpha channel saved on your skin.

If that dosent work, when you convet to .blp you know that sliding bar that comes up titled quality of compresion, set this to a lower number. Its 85 by default i think, try setting it to about 70 or so.
