Sound question for a retard

ok, i must be doing something wrong and i've searched this forum through and through for an answer to my idiotic question, but, i cannot seem to get a sound to play for when someone picks a hero. I'm trying to make it so when someone selects a hero, it plays the revive sound....heres what i have so far..

Events
Player 1 Selects a unit
Player 2 Selects a unit
Player 3 Selects a unit
Player blah blah unit blah

Conditions
(Owner of (Triggering Unit)) Equal to Player 11 (Dark Green)

Actions
Camera - Pan camera for (Triggering Player) to (Center of (Triggering Player) Start Location)) over 0.00 seconds

Unit - Create 1 (Unit-type of (triggering unit)) for (Triggering Player) at (Center of (Triggering Player) Start Location)) facing (center of Playable map area))

Special Effect - Create a special effect attached to the origin of (Last created unit) using Abilities\Spells\Human\ReviveHuman\ReviveHuman.mdl

Sound - Play ReviveHuman <gen> at 100.00% volume, attached to (Last created unit)

Trigger - Turn off (This trigger)

Now this whole trigger does what i want except play the f***ing sound...i've tried all kinds of different sound triggers with still no luck...HELP ME

EDIT: Plus I was wondering, how do you make it so you have say 4 items in your inventory, each of a type, and when you have them four, assign a miscellaneous action. What are the events and conditions is all i'm wondering.

go to sound editor, and double-click on the sound your using, make sure that the box that says "3D Sound" is not checked off, but empty. That way, when you play the sound, it can be heard. Hope I was of help.

Event:
Unit - a unit adquires an item

Conditions
- ((Triggering Unit) has an item of tye (Item type A)) equal to true
- ((Triggering Unit) has an item of tye (Item type B)) equal to true
- ((Triggering Unit) has an item of tye (Item type C)) equal to true
- ((Triggering Unit) has an item of tye (Item type D)) equal to true

Actions
...

Replace the Item type A with your wanted items

cool ill try it, but wont not having it as a 3D sound make the sound play for everyone?

EDIT: and thanx Lord Vexorian, i was wondering that
