1.30 World Editor

I wasnt sure were to put this so I will put it here.

I downloaded the 1.30 map editor but when I try and run it, it says warcraft 3 was unable to initialize direct x. Please ensure you have Direct x8.1 or newer installed and that your display drivers are current.

This is really weird because I do have direct x8.1, anyone know what the problem is?

Your graphics card, most likely.

I have a geforce 2 64mb ram.

Does that make a difference?

k i had the same problem
1. right-click on desktop
2. Go to your gfx card properties / click properties then go to setting
3. Set yur color to 16-bit

Mine is already set to 16-bit but it still won't work and my graphics card is a 3d Accelerator

3d accellerator is not a certain graphics card. Get more information such as brand name.

This belongs in warcraft iii tools, just to let ya know ;)

were can i get the 1.3 world editor?

why dont you just use the retail editor?
