I started playing with triggers a few days ago and foun out that it was pretty simple, i then moved on to cameras which was not very hard ehiter once you got the hang of it.
After a lot of expermineting i'm finally finished with my first cinematic. Its pretty short, a few minutes at the most but i dare to say that its pretty good when you consider that I started playing with cameras yesterday.

Enjoy the cinematic and post feedback so i know whats bad/good also. It would be very nice. Enjoy people! :D

This was pretty good for a first cinematic. The cameras and terrain were way better than the average first cinematic and the dialogue wasnt misspelled.

i thought it was ok..the only weakness really besides some newb stuff...was the dialouge..which was horrible.

Wow, that was great, for a first attempt! I won't lie and say it was a masterpiece by any stretch, but it's very good. As before, there are a few spelling and grammar problems, (in particular, the pronoun "I" as in "I must hurry" is always capitalized, even in the middle of sentences, as in "I must go because I need food" not "I must go because i need food.") but overall your English still better than most people's. The cinematic and camera work is quite good, and it gets better the further you go. At the beginning, it is often apparent when you change camera tracks as there is a sudden, jarring change in direction, but by the end you've learned how to make smooth enough camera transitions that I don't notice. Very good. Also some of your camera angles are excellently dramatic, such as those when the hero is ascending the hill where the small spiders await. The dialogue could definitely use some style work, though again it already has more style than some of the stilted stuff around here; I liked the demon's repeated use of the word "puny" for the hunter as it gave him a little character. Besides, I gather this was more a request for technical criticism than artistic criticism, and on a technical level it's clear you're grasping the making of cinematics very well. You also managed your far cutoff very well, from what I can tell, since despite the number of doodads, they rarely bogged down my machine unnecessarily. This map definitely makes a better cinematic than playable map, and I look forward to more of your work. :D
