counterstrike models for wc3?!

ok an idea came to me earlier today....
i was playing counterstrike, and the server i was playing on crashed. i looked in the console to see what the cause was, and it showed a big long list of things it could not load. most of these appeared to be the weapon models, but they had .mdx extensions. so im asking, is it possible if someone can extract the models from counterstrike ( probably pretty hard) would they be able to be implemented in a wc3 map? that be interesting watching terrorists and counter terrorists run around killing giant spiders and casting spells....LOL
if anyone can figure out a way to do this, good luck.

It's not the same file format. They have the same extension (I think there are some other games as well), but they have a different structure, which makes them unusable in WC3.
However, you can try to convert them.

Max Payne uses .mdx files as well, but they don't work either.

Max Payne Models probably dont work cause their MDL script is different from Warc3's... Try rewriting them...
