Custom Load Screens?

Anyone know how to make custom load screens? That is to say using your own picture instead of the credits screen, or a screen of a map from campaign.

Yeah. But it'll only work locally, not over battle.net. In other words only those who have a copy of the modified .mpq will see it. Everybody else will see the default screen it replaces.

What you do is make your 4 .blp's that make up a loading screen and rename them/put them in the proper directory of the default screen you want to replace.

Import them all into your war3patch.mpq.

That should do it.

I don't see what the issue of having to distro your mpq is that or even just disto a zip file that made everything frun from a folder instead of the mpq and then run a reg file or even have a loader that said run from dir or run from orginal mpq.
