I like it. The beard looks a little weird though, way too patchy.

Hmmm - personal I think the skin shows too much red! At least the shoulder pads should have a different colour ...

I make him mostly red becuase I am entitled to follow a specific color theme! so theres not much I can do unless makeing them like black.

As said before the beard is kinda screwy. It dosn't match his hair and doesn't follow through his entire chin (from what I can see).

Looks like you screwed up a bit on the sword it looks like you took the burn tool and made a few lines. This should be fixed. Also I'd recommend making a few more changes to the sword (alpha-channel editing that sword is fun:D )

Oh yeah, the belt needs MUCH MORE detail. The buckle is kinda off to :////

The silver on his boots "may" contrast too much with the rest of him - thats your call though.

Other than that it looks decent. (BTW I only criticize skins that I feel are done fairly well).
